Job Title:                     (Position Filled) Online Casino Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Online Casino to deliver a successful online casino product and service.

• Work closely with the Compliance Team on the ongoing player monitoring.

• Evaluate previous day’s gameplay to help identify potential AML or Social Responsibility concerns.

• Review all online player withdrawal requests, checking validity of winnings and bank transactions before authorizing or rejecting withdrawals.

• Work closely with the Finance Team on this.

• Report on and administer the weekly loyalty bonuses, adding the correct amounts to the Members online accounts and then communicate with the players to let them know.

• Monitor the Online Dept email account, answering player queries, responding to member requests, checking and activating any new online registrations.

• Support the Marketing Manager on innovative retention and cross-sell marketing campaigns.

• Schedule and host hospitality events to build member relationships and help acquire new business.

• Work closely with the key online suppliers to help deliver product enhancements and releases.

• Support the online business in any way required as requested by the Online Casino Manager and CEO.

Skills and Capabilities

• An excellent understanding of the Casino industry ideally with land based and online casino experience.

• A strong understanding of financial numbers and the ability to compile KPI and performance reports.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other key Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Power Point.

• Experience in dealing with VIP players and building player relationships.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a creative approach to problem solving.

• Needs to be well organized, proactive and capable of working alone as well as alongside

Expected of Candidate

• Mainly Head Office working hours of 9.30am – 5.30pm with occasional late shifts.

• Occasional evening and weekend VIP hosting.

• Potential for some travel to visit Members and Suppliers.

Job Title :      (Position Filled) Online Casino Manager

Location :     Tbilisi, Georgia

Salary:           €6K – 8K per month

The Company

The employer is a very large operator active in both online and offline sectors, and wishing to expand.

The Role

The company are seeking an Online Casino Manager to be responsible for day-to-day management of the online casino and sportsbook product and oversee ongoing improvements to the product as well as manage the surrounding support services. An intermediate level knowledge of the English and Russian languages will be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure execution of all policies and procedures to support successful business operation, allow for growth and comply with gaming legislation
• Manage the customer services team, setting their policies, procedures and targets
• Ensure customer contact is handled in a professional and timely manner
• Work with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and reporting
• Manage relationships with third party games and software providers
• Monitor the online product, content and features. Ensure quality and implement improvements when necessary
• Take responsibility for product strategy and working with software providers to oversee short, medium and long term improvements
• Work with software providers to oversee product development across the three key devices types; desktop, tablet and mobile
• Manage the games content roadmap, including prioritization and launch timeframes
• Understand player preferences and tailor the services to suit
• Work with the Marketing manager on player acquisition and growth activities
• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop promotional activity for all categories of players

Job Requirements

• 5 years experience in a leadership role in an online gaming company
• Commercial in nature and have a comprehensive understanding of business in the online environment
• Experience as hands on in a start up environment
• Results oriented and have an ability to manage vertically and laterally
• Creative and pragmatic problem solver
• Intermediate level of Russian – spoken, highly advantageous
• Intermediate level of English - both spoken and written
