General Purpose 

  • The Vice President of Total Revenue Management is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide commercial profitability by integrating data-driven revenue management practices across all business units.

  • This role goes beyond traditional rooms revenue optimisation — encompassing all income-generating departments such as Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Retail, Recreation, Entertainment, and Events.

Essential Duties & Tasks:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and execute the organisation’s Total Revenue Management strategy across all business units.

  • Drive integration between Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to create a unified commercial strategy.

  • Ensure total revenue and profit optimisation principles are embedded in every business function and decision.

  • Influence pricing, distribution, and demand strategies at an enterprise level to maximise profitability.

Total Property Profitability

  • Oversee optimisation across all revenue streams: Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Leisure, and MICE.

  • Establish clear revenue and profit targets by segment, channel, and business line.

  • Develop advanced revenue forecasting models for total property performance and guest lifetime value.

  • Champion initiatives that enhance cross-departmental revenue contribution, upselling, and guest spend.

  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure guest experiences align with commercial goals.

Business Intelligence & Data Strategy

  • Lead the development of the organisation’s data and analytics ecosystem, integrating PMS, POS, CRM, ERP, and digital marketing data sources.

  • Oversee the delivery of enterprise-level dashboards and predictive analytics that inform strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure commercial leaders have access to timely, actionable insights for all revenue centres.

  • Partner with IT and Finance to continuously improve data quality, system integration, and automation.

Innovation & Market Competitiveness

  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovations, emerging technologies, and analytical tools related to Total Revenue Management.

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and monetisation models within existing and new revenue streams.

  • Develop and implement pricing and profitability frameworks aligned with market positioning and brand value.

  • Benchmark against global best practices in luxury hospitality revenue optimisation.

Financial Stewardship

  • Oversee the development of property-wide budgeting and forecasting frameworks.

  • Provide executive-level insights into revenue performance, market share, and profitability.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance EBITDA through improved yield, mix management, and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure commercial plans are aligned with broader business objectives and investor expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of commercial leadership experience, including 8+ years in Revenue or Business Intelligence roles within luxury, IR or large-scale hospitality.

  • Proven success in leading multi-revenue stream optimisation and developing data-driven commercial strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of distribution systems, BI tools, and forecasting models (e.g., SynXis, Duetto, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, or similar).
