Job Title:     Vice President – MENA Marketing

General Purpose 

  • The Vice President of Casino Marketing – MENA is a senior executive position responsible for steering the casino’s strategic marketing efforts to attract, engage, and expand a high-value clientele from major MENA markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, and Morocco.

  • This leader must demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of regional cultures, languages, gaming preferences, and business practices.

  • The VP is charged with cultivating VIP relationships, ensuring luxury experiences, managing regional teams, and executing targeted growth strategies.

 Essential Duties & Tasks: 

 Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase market share within key MENA regions

  • Identify emerging markets, evolving trends, and shifting consumer behaviours in the regional gaming and luxury hospitality sectors

  • Lead cross-border marketing campaigns and build high-impact partnerships across the MENA region

 VIP Player Development

  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, gaming agents, and regional influencers

  • Oversee personalized services and incentives for VIP guests, including bespoke travel, premium lodging, and exclusive event access

  • Ensure all guest interactions are culturally attuned and reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality

 Regional Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage marketing teams and casino hosts based in key MENA cities (e.g., Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Cairo)

  • Define and enforce KPIs, performance benchmarks, and compliance protocols to ensure operational excellence

 Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Organize promotional roadshows, brand activations, and partnership events across MENA markets

  • Represent the casino brand at regional gaming expos, tourism boards, and hospitality summits

  • Collaborate with the global marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices

 Revenue & Budget Management

  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing player acquisition and retention strategies tailored to MENA markets

  • Develop and manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with ROI objectives

 Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to regional gaming laws, AML regulations, and internal company standards

  • Oversee data privacy and cross-border communication policies to mitigate legal and reputational risks

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • At least 10 years of casino or luxury hospitality marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on MENA markets

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable

  • Proven expertise in VIP marketing, relationship management, and high-level customer service delivery

  • Deep familiarity with MENA cultural norms, gaming preferences, and business etiquette

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities

  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively throughout the MENA region and internationally as needed

 Attributes

  • Background in major regional hospitality or gaming hubs such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, or Cairo

  • Established network of VIP players and luxury lifestyle contacts in the MENA region

  • Strong analytical mindset and a track record of data-driven decision-making

  • Experience in luxury brand or high-end hospitality marketing considered an asset
