Executive Role Summary & Requirements

  • We are seeking a culturally attuned and results-driven Vice President, Asian Marketing to lead strategic marketing efforts targeting high-value guests from key Asian markets.

  • This executive will be responsible for cultivating relationships, driving visitation, and delivering exceptional VIP experiences tailored to the preferences of Asian clientele.

 Role Overview

  • The Vice President of Casino Marketing for the Asian and Far East Market is a senior executive position responsible for steering the casino’s strategic marketing efforts to attract, engage, and expand a high-value clientele from major Asian regions, including China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

  • This leader must demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of Asian cultures, languages, gaming preferences, and international business practices.

  • The VP is charged with both cultivating VIP relationships and ensuring luxury experiences, as well as managing diverse international teams and executing targeted growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase market share within key Asian and Far East regions.

  • Identify and react to emerging markets, evolving trends, and shifting consumer behaviours in Asian gaming sectors.

  • Spearhead cross-border marketing campaigns and build high-impact partnerships across international markets.

 VIP Player Development

  • Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, gaming agents, and junket operators.

  • Oversee the provision of personalized services and incentives for VIP guests, such as customized travel, premium lodging, and exclusive event access.

  • Ensure all guest interactions are seamless and culturally attuned, guaranteeing an exceptional luxury experience for the Asian premium clientele.

International Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage international marketing teams and casino hosts situated in regional hubs (e.g. Macau, Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo).

  • Define and enforce KPIs, performance benchmarks, and compliance protocols to ensure operational excellence and integrity.

 Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Organize and coordinate promotional roadshows, brand activations, and partnership events across Asian markets.

  • Represent the casino brand at global gaming expos, tourism boards, and hospitality summits to bolster market presence.

  • Partner with Macao and Premium Marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices.

Revenue & Budget Management

  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing player acquisition and retention strategies tailored to Asian markets.

  • Develop and manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with return-on-investment objectives.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to diverse regional gaming laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and internal company standards.

  • Oversee data privacy and cross-border communication policies to mitigate legal and reputational risks.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • At least 10 years of casino marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on Asian markets.

  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other major Asian languages is highly desirable.

  • Proven expertise in VIP marketing, junket partnerships, and high-level customer service delivery.

  • Deep familiarity with Asian cultural norms, gaming preferences, and business etiquette.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively throughout Asia and internationally as needed.

 Preferred Attributes

  • Background in major gaming hubs such as Macau, Manila, Singapore, or Las Vegas.

  • Established network of VIP players and junket contacts.

  • Strong analytical mindset and a track record of data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience in luxury brand or high-end hospitality marketing considered an asset.
