Position Summary:

The Senior FP&A Manager will be pivotal in driving the company towards its financial objectives through detailed budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analysis, all while building and supervising a high-performing finance team. This role is suited for a strategic thinker with outstanding analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of budgeting processes, and the capability to lead in the dynamic financial landscape of the online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial planning and analysis with a focus on budget management, along with a proven ability to develop and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting processes, ensuring financial plans are in sync with the company’s strategic goals and reflective of the online gaming market dynamics.

  • Develop, maintain, and refine advanced financial models for budgeting and forecasting, incorporating industry-specific metrics and scenario analysis.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field with an MBA or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.

  • I have over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant experience in the online gaming or digital entertainment industries.

  • A proven track record in financial modelling, budgeting, and variance analysis, with a deep understanding of the economic factors unique to the online gaming sector.

  • Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and Excel; experience with gaming analytics platforms is advantageous.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and organisational skills, combined with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in building and supervising finance teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
