The Company

This growing Casino Company are seeking an experienced operational professional to join the team of four existing Assistant General Managers (AGM’s) for their large London site.

The Role

The AGM will be the senior front of house point of contact for all stake-holders or other interested parties whilst they are on shift. The AGM team have a visible presence and will need to be high profile throughout the property in all customer facing areas.

Responsibilities

  • A relentless focus on exceptional customer service levels
  • Liaising with customers, staff, directors and other senior employees of the company, contractors or suppliers, representatives of the landlord, any relevant regulatory body, licensing authority, police or other emergency services, and members of the local Council as examples.  
  • Ensuring that the Casino operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible and that all customers have an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
  • Minimising risk to the business and self by ensuring operations and personal license commitments are carried out in accordance with legislative regulations.
  • Fostering a professional and ethical working culture across a diverse workforce and customer base.

Requirements

  • 2 years senior Management experience, preferably in a Casino, Hospitality, Retail or Service environment.
  • Holds or is eligible to hold a PML
  • Holds or is eligible to hold a Personal Liquor License
  • Acute understanding of the responsible sale of alcohol
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of service industry and service culture
  • Solid understanding of leadership and management practices

(Position Filled) Field Service Engineer – Gaming - Central London

Position:                    (Position Filled) Field Service Engineer – Gaming

Location:                   Central London

 

The Company

A leading supplier of Gaming Machines is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to take responsibility for the service, maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment.

Role Purpose

  • To travel to sites in order to repair and maintain machines and equipment.
  • To perform servicing of machines as per the maintenance schedule.
  • Develop and support communication lines with operations to aid effective information flow
  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Machine Management

  • To conduct servicing on all machines as dictated by the approved company standard.
  • To repair all faults, where possible, as dictated by the Service Level Agreement.
  • To notify your Line Manager of any faults that you are unable to fix.
  • To monitor and amend, where necessary, operating percentages as per Company Policy.
  • To liaise with the Central Stores facility for the order of any required parts.
  • To be responsible for your own development of machine knowledge.
  • To ensure all machines meet the required standards as per the Service Level Agreement.
  • To ensure maintenance is carried out on all machines as dictated by the maintenance schedule.
  • To undertake PAT testing, of all portable appliances, as dictated by the Service Level Agreement.
  • To undertake machine moves to company standards and with limited disruption.

Customer Service

  • Ensure you greet and acknowledge all customers you come into contact with.
  • Ensure customers feel valued, learn their names and use it during conversations.
  • Where appropriate, provide advice and tips on playing the machines.
  • To professionally handle customer’s comments and complaints.
