Position Summary

  • This leading Casino operator is seeking a talented Marketing Manager with a focus on, and experience in, data and insight with knowledge of campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, interactive marketing, and database marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the marketing functionality is compliant with business expectation.

  • Leads the building and implementing of the marketing strategy.

  • Identifies and reads data to provide insights in performance and delivery.

  • Designs ad hoc campaigns based on business requirements & produces new initiatives.

  • Develops and implements the paid-marketing campaigns to support both acquisition & retention initiatives.

  • Works closely with key stakeholders in developing the consumer loyalty vision for the business and instilling that vision across the organizational departments and contact points, for example, social, web, mobile, email.

  • Ensures that the business’s consumer relations programs are effective and that they are of high quality and standards and also that they facilitate the execution of successful marketing campaigns enabling consumer loyalty.

  • Introduces new capabilities for meeting emerging business needs and market trends.

  • Maintains a strong knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging eCommerce strategies, trends, and techniques that consistently give the business a lead in consumer acquisition within the market.

Entry Requirements

Introduction

  • The role of gaming product technician is to provide technical support for the gaming equipment within our casinos.

  • Focused on the London region.

Principal Accountabilities

  • To effectively manage the day-to-day service calls logged by casinos relating to gaming equipment faults.

  • To work with and report to the senior gaming product technician for the region on any ongoing issues.

  • To observe all machine accounting systems and maintain security procedures relating to this.

  • To anticipate machine faults and be proactive in dealing with these and reporting to the senior gaming product technician.

  • To ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures in respect of Health and Safety in the workplace and public areas, at all times.

  • Ensure internal customers are kept informed at all stages of progress with regard to machine faults.

  • To carry out Preventative Maintenance on a wide range of gaming equipment as per required service schedules for that equipment type.

  • Liaise with casino management with regard to ongoing fault management and how to reduce machine downtime.

  • Assist the project team when required with machine installs and gaming floor moves.

  • To adhere to company SLA targets in relationship to gaming equipment repairs.

  • To provide service and customer support to our casinos.

  • To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time throughout the entire casino estate.

Position Summary

  • A leading Casino hospitality and leisure company are seeking a Master Sommelier to work with their senior managers and directors of their business units in maintaining a high level of guest service and relations, by delivering and supervising the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverage.

  • The Master Sommelier will be responsible of preparing all the wine lists of all outlets.

  • Additionally, the Master Sommelier must ensure that all Sommeliers in all outlets follow the highest standards in Food & Beverage Service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understands all the Outlets and Business Units concepts and service standards, the product knowledge, and the management policy orientation.

  • Ensures that all Sommeliers and Restaurant Assistant Managers are providing personalized service to the guest.

  • Monitors stock levels and rate of depletion of all outlets and provides guidance to the Restaurant Managers.

  • Co-ordinates financial progress and has an active role in the outlets and business units’ sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the UK & EMEA Sales Team, with the ability to deliver a client centric ethos in the day-to-day work environment

  • A liaison with various third-party equipment suppliers, to enable client operational needs and deliver seamlessly integrated new products

  • Regular and ongoing communication / liaison with EMEA service support providers, appointed distributors, and operations to support client needs

  • Ability to support clients in optimizing products and pay tables, to maximize revenues and house edges.

  • Own and manage sales orders and agreements, in relation to expiry and renewals, and ensure client footprints are kept up to date

  • Carry out face to face meetings with clients as and when required, sometimes in the absence of the Regional Sales Representative.
