The Role

  • The Managing Director - Online will oversee the online business operations and provide strategic leadership in achieving the advancement and achievement of the Online business objectives.

  • The role will be responsible for the delivery of the on-line strategy and vision through commercial decision making, effective leadership and management, developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational online success.

  • An innovative and entrepreneurial thinker, the Online Managing Director will be a strategist who is able to steer the online business to the most profitable direction whilst implementing vision, mission and long-term Online Ltd business goals.

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 Years C-Level Executive Management experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years Online Gaming Management experience.

  • Ideally a Master’s degree graduate in a highly numerate discipline.

  • An excellent knowledge of Online Gaming governance and mitigation measures.

  • Proven track record in managing/leading Online related policies and operating procedures.

  • Holds or is eligible to hold a UKGC PML (Personal Management License).

That’s right, our UK Casino client is offering to pay you £2,000, to make it easier for you to make the move to London.

They’ll pay you this to help you get set up with travel and accommodation, and to make it as easy as possible to start your new life in one of the busiest casinos in the UK.
As an experienced dealer you could earn up to £28K as a basic salary, and tips are running at approximately £450 per month – and rising.

This means your gross pay (before overtime) would be £33,400.

We put this into the Government tax service calculator, and that would put your take home pay at £2,228 per month.

All overtime beyond 40 hours in a week is paid at time and a half, too.

Accommodation within ten minutes’ travel can be had for around £700 per month, leaving you with over £1,500 in your pocket every month – before overtime.

Position Summary

  • To ensure that all gaming operations are carried out to the highest standard of efficiency, security and customer service in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Casino. Supervises the games at the designated tables reinforcing at all times procedures of the Company.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Receives, checks and signs for cash chip floats/ cards upon opening gaming tables;

  • Takes part in the fill/credit procedure as and when required (always ensuring adequate cash chip floats)

  • Ensures all cash, chips and bets are clearly and audibly counted and announced in accordance with procedure

  • Ensures all bets are correctly placed

  • Supervises all transactions, records the cash drop and maintains an awareness of tables win/loss results

  • Supervises, documents and signs table cash/chip tips count

  • Performs the duties as a Dealer, Chipper as and when required

  • Upon opening, ensures that necessary gaming equipment is available and in perfect working condition and upon closing, that all relevant equipment is returned

  • Strictly adheres to the code of practice and code of conduct

  • Gives clear and concise commentary as necessary and ensure that Dealers give clear and concise commentary on all operations and transactions

  • Makes any relevant comments to the supervisors regarding any uncommon activity noticed on the Casino floor

  • Ensures the accuracy of all recorded transactions in the system, table inventory and player averages

  • Good knowledge and accurate implementation of AML, Responsible Gaming and Gaming Standard Operating Procedures

  • Responsible for the overall quality of service offered to the clients at the gaming table

  • Manages delicate situations in regard to clients demands at the table and informs superiors in due time

 Experience

  • 4 years overall gaming experience

  • Minimum 1 year in an Inspector role

Our client in the Online gaming sector is looking to employ an AML analyst with Finnish speaking skills. This position will form part of the AML team. This is a team that strives to manage suspicious financial activity to prevent the business from being subject to regulatory compliance issues from governing bodies. Within this team, your target is to support the business by finding and detecting suspicious transactional patterns.

Responsibilities: 

  • Investigate transactions and customer records, external data, publicly- available information, and other data to identify suspicious or unusual activity

  • Compile reports based on the data of your findings

  • Understand and stay current on industry trends related to AML

  • Requesting and reviewing Source of Wealth information and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT Laws and Regulations governing the European AML Gambling regulations and general wide knowledge of AML requirements.
