General Purpose

A Leading UK Casino Operator is seeking a talented Head of Finance to lead the finance team and assist the board and executive team with financial and business strategy.

Main Duties

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams

  • Providing recommendations to the board and other members of the executive team

  • Leading the processes of financial forecasting and preparation of budgets

Position Summary:

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for performing data analytics and maintaining our data environments. You will engage business users to understand detailed requirements, develop reporting, and promote usage of reporting solutions, and ensure our data integrity and availability is maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working in a highly advanced analytics function and perform deep dive analytics across all business functions

  • Understanding customer behaviour, gaming analytics and reporting back to the business

  • Making clear data driven recommendations and report on the value of implemented changes

  • Working across the business providing timely, concise reports, dashboards and analysis

Introduction

  • The role of gaming product technician is to provide technical support for the gaming equipment within our casinos.

  • Focused on the London region.

Principal Accountabilities

  • To effectively manage the day-to-day service calls logged by casinos relating to gaming equipment faults.

  • To work with and report to the senior gaming product technician for the region on any ongoing issues.

  • To observe all machine accounting systems and maintain security procedures relating to this.

  • To anticipate machine faults and be proactive in dealing with these and reporting to the senior gaming product technician.

  • To ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures in respect of Health and Safety in the workplace and public areas, at all times.

  • Ensure internal customers are kept informed at all stages of progress with regard to machine faults.

  • To carry out Preventative Maintenance on a wide range of gaming equipment as per required service schedules for that equipment type.

  • A leading Casino hospitality and leisure company are seeking a Master Sommelier to work with their senior managers and directors of their business units in maintaining a high level of guest service and relations, by delivering and supervising the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverage.

  • The Master Sommelier will be responsible of preparing all the wine lists of all outlets.

  • Additionally, the Master Sommelier must ensure that all Sommeliers in all outlets follow the highest standards in Food & Beverage Service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understands all the Outlets and Business Units concepts and service standards, the product knowledge, and the management policy orientation.

  • Ensures that all Sommeliers and Restaurant Assistant Managers are providing personalized service to the guest.

  • Monitors stock levels and rate of depletion of all outlets and provides guidance to the Restaurant Managers.
