Position Summary

  • The Host, Loyalty Services is responsible to operate the players’ club and casino promotion counters including any on floor assistance to members or casino patrons.

  • They will provide services to fulfill and support all Membership program maintenance, benefits, complimentary and other tasks as set by management. 

  • Act as a front-line service representative on behalf of City of Dreams and ensuring a high standard of guest relations is provided to all patrons in accordance with established service standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Delivers immediate marketing related services to members and potential players via casino promotions, mass gaming floor and counter operations

  • Registers players to the COD Membership Loyalty Program.  Promote benefits and offers

  • Executes casino promotions with tasks such as participation registration, on stage draws, MC to announce results, flyers distribution and prizes redemption as well as other tasks given by the superiors

  • Ensures and maintains a quality database and reach daily recruitment targets

  • Assesses and identifies the appropriate endorsements of complimentary, hotel accommodations, food and beverages, services and miscellaneous items

  • Assists members’ with transportation, hotel rooms, F&B, entertainment related arrangements in accordance with established standard operating procedures

  • Maintains a quick response time to all calls to the members’ hotline

  • Fulfills daily documentation and reports accurately in accordance to operations

  • Provides assistance and support to liaising departments

  • Provides access control at High Limit Areas

  • Assists with Promotional Chip Program and settlements procedures

  • Liaises with the all Departments in order to ensure the Promised Customer Service and solve conflict situations

  • The Host will be responsible for implementing Responsible Gaming Procedure and AML

  • Takes ownership of Customer dispute and involve the relevant Management as to solve the situation

Qualifications

  • One year or above relevant experience in customer services field

Education

  • Secondary-level education

Skills / Competencies

  • Computer literate

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of Greek and English, Russian/ Arabic/ Hebrew/ Chinese highly regarded

Job Purpose

  • The position of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“Nominated Officer and “MLRO”) is responsible for the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and processes associated with the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and Suspicious Activity Reporting (“SAR”) regime as required by the UK Money Laundering Regulations, Proceeds of Crime and Terrorism legislation and The Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (“LCCP”)

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide a full range of compliance / AML related support services including advice, guidance, mentoring of staff together with robust monitoring and subsequent reporting to Directors

  • To maintain appropriate documentation of risk management policies and risk profile in relation to Money Laundering and Financial Crime

  • Ensuring that all AML, CTF, KYC, CDD and EDD processes are thoroughly risk assessed and implemented as required by the Money Laundering Regulations, and Gambling Commission Guidance Notes relating to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing for casinos

  • Ensure that the company CDD and EDD measures and ongoing monitoring regime is sufficiently robust to identify customers who may be considered to be a higher risk or who have been identified as being politically exposed persons and conduct enhanced due diligence checks as required by law using a risk proportionate approach

  • Manage the SAR regime and ensure that all internal suspicious activity reports (“internal SAR’s”) are reviewed in a timely manner and reports submitted to the National Crime Agency (“NCA”) as required by law and the LCCP

  • Keeping up to date with all relevant legislation and ensuring changes are incorporated within company policies and procedures

  • Regulatory compliance to ensure that the business complies with relevant legislation, rules and guidance

  • Monitoring the application of all procedures and responding to financial crime and regulatory compliance related enquiries by enhancing the current AML program.

  • This role will be solely focussed on implementing all relevant legislation to ensure internal policies are compliant, effective and adequate

Job Description

  • The Social Responsibility Compliance Officer will ensure that all casino operations run in accordance with The Gaming Act 2005 and The Gambling Commission Licensing objectives with regards to Social Responsibility

  • The Social Responsibility Compliance Officer will ensure that all operations, with regards to Social responsibility, will comply with LCCP, all legal regulations, Company policies and procedures and adhere to relevant company manuals  

  • The Social Responsibility Compliance Officer will ensure that the Board of Directors, and Senior Members of staff receive up to date minutes of all meetings held with General Managers concerning Social Responsibility

  • The Social Responsibility Compliance Officer will ensure that key internal controls in respect of Social Responsibility are implemented efficiently and that they comply with regulations

  • The Social Responsibility Compliance Officer will carry out and/or assist with internal audits in specified areas of each operation

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas of Social Responsibility requirements contained in the LCCP and Company Manuals are adhered to in each site

  • Ensure all policies and procedures in respect of Social Responsibility are adhered to in each site

  • Maintain Confidentiality at all times and comply with GDPR regulations

  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity as required by LCCP and AMLD regulations

  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity to The Directors

  • Assist the Company Statutory Training Officer with staff training to ensure compliance with LCCP and Company Manuals for Social Responsibility

  • Assist in coordinating investigations where failings in company policy is highlighted and take appropriate enforcement and corrective action as necessary

  • Identify failings in key internal controls, and implement operationally efficient internal control procedures that comply with regulations

  • Deliver monthly reports concerning Social Responsibility to The Directors to include numbers of customer interactions, SENSE exclusions, local exclusions and compulsory exclusions and reinstatements

  • Review numbers of exclusions and report accordingly with detailed explanations for increases/decreases

  • Attend internal and external meetings as required

  • Conduct site visits as required to each casino to ensure that each casino is compliant in all areas of Social Responsibility

  • Hold weekly meetings usually by interactive screens, with The General Managers/Assistant General Managers to monitor compliance with Social Responsibility manuals, policies and procedures

  • Advise Managers when interactions need to be carried out and ensure that those interactions are carried out in a timely manner

  • Record details of weekly meetings in the form of minutes and ensure all minutes are uploaded to The One Drive

  • Ensure that all relevant information including all customer interactions are uploaded to CRM

  • Key Stakeholders: The Board of Directors, Gambling Commission and local authorities
