Who we are looking for:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English with clear and concise communication skills

  • Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Be detail oriented and organized, a love for checklists, both creating them and ticking them off!

  • Capture and communicate regulatory and ISO requirements effectively

  • Good with working with others but can manage their own work and priorities

  • University level education

  • IT experience is not required, but you are required to understand also the quite technical regulatory requirements

  • Willingness to travel to all our offices

 Your responsibilities:

  • Collecting and processing of customer due diligence and KYC docs

  • Own and update policies and procedures

  • Ensure that all key policies and procedures are followed by the business

  • Audit our group of companies ensuring we meet regulatory and ISO 27001 and 9001

  • Maintaining a solid knowledge base of regulatory requirements

  • Assisting with regulator licensing processes and issues

  • Communication with the regulators, external auditors, and accredited test bodies

  • Maintenance and submission of reports, including the submission of game certificates to the respective authorities

A leading Operator of Adult Gaming Centres is seeking a talented Field Service Technician to take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of their Electronic Gaming Equipment. The working hours are approximately 45 hours per week between 9am and 6pm. It will be 5 days over 7 with one day off during the week as well as Sunday. We are a fast paced 7 days a week business so the ideal candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable.

Role Purpose

  • To travel to sites in order to repair and maintain machines.

  • To perform servicing of machines as per the maintenance schedule.

  • Develop and support communication lines with operations to aid effective information flow.

  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Machine Management

  • To conduct servicing on all machines to the company’s high standards.

  • To repair all faults, where possible, as dictated by the Service Level Agreement.

  • To notify your Line Manager of any faults that you are unable to fix.

  • To monitor and amend, where necessary, operating percentages as per Company Policy.

  • To liaise with the Central Stores facility for the order of any required parts.

  • To be responsible for your own development of machine knowledge.

  • To ensure all machines meet the required standards as per the Service Level Agreement.

  • To ensure maintenance is carried out on all machines as dictated by the maintenance schedule.

  • To undertake PAT testing, of all portable appliances, as dictated by the Service level Agreement.

  • To meet and exceed targets for:

    • Servicing

    • Presentation

    • Mech, Glass and Reel Cleaning.

  • To undertake machine moves to company standards and with limited disruption.

Customer Service

  • Ensure you greet and acknowledge all customers you come into contact with.

  • Ensure customers feel valued, learn their names and use it during conversations.

  • Where appropriate, provide advice and tips on playing the machines.

  • To professionally handle customers comments and complaints.

Legal

  • Ensure the company security policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

  • Effectively implement, on a day-to-day basis, the Health & Safety and Social. Reasonability training you have been given.

  • In line with current Gambling Laws “Think 25” at all times.

  • To be aware of and follow all legal and company policies and procedures as instructed.

  • Ensure Protection of the Company’s Licensing Obligations / Objectives.

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Gaming professional for the opportunity to become Head of Poker at one of the leading Casinos in the country.

  • With the largest poker room in the UK, we provide our guests with a broad range of cash games and an extensive tournament schedule (Covid permitting).

  • Running regular, innovative promotions and working with a variety of known poker brands to hold large scale tournaments throughout the year.

  • We are looking for a creative, proactive person who will be responsible for achieving key business commercial goals through the leadership and management of the Poker business.

  • The role is accountable for producing, implementing and sustaining gaming strategy initiatives that will maximise revenue opportunity.

  • The Head of Poker role will lead a team of Customer Service Managers in understanding and striving for the achievement of business goals as well as motivating a Poker team to deliver an engaging customer service; and to succession plan within the department to create a talent pool of Poker staff.

Selection Criteria (Essential)

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in a Gaming environment.

  • Valid PML Holder.

  • Extensive knowledge of the Poker industry.

  • Committed to ensuring that we offer the highest levels of player protection to our guests.

  • Knowledge of planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial processes.

Selection Criteria (Desirable)
