  • Salary is up to £20K per annum + Tips (c.£1.5K - £3K) and assistance can be provided for relocation.

The Role

  • A leading Gaming Company is seeking a talented system installation and support technician. 

  • Responsible for the installation, support and maintenance of our current in-house systems across the whole of the UK.

  • Working as part of an experienced team, the successful candidate will require an aptitude for problem solving and assist with the installation of any IT systems or equipment. 

  • Support of the main be-spoken back-office systems would be the focus, with a certain amount of involvement in general research and development of any new requirements. 

  • A diverse role that changes potentially every day.

  • The working hours are approximately 45 hours per week between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. 

  • Working away from home average 2-3 days per week. 

  • Weekend and out of normal hours work may be required by exception.

The Candidate:

  • Should be dynamic and enthusiastic.

  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work alone without close supervision but also follow tasks.

  • Diligent and thorough with an attention to detail.

  • Able to provide 1st line telephone support to our Venue’s and Staff.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of IT system installation essential.

  • Good understanding IT Hardware and Software.

Profile of the Casino Financial Controller

  • Preferably will have an internationally recognized accounting qualification. Preferably ACCA/ACA.

  • 5 years post qualification working experience at Financial Controller level of a medium size operation preferably in the casino industry or, if not, in the Hotel or Hospitality sector.

  • Management accounting reporting experience at Board level.
