We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Gaming professionals for the positions of Croupiers & Gaming Supervisors for our highly successful and exciting Aspers Northampton site.
Salary is up to £20K per annum + Tips (c.£1.5K - £3K) and assistance can be provided for relocation.
Aspers Croupiers are empowered to service the operation of the live gaming floor.
The successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring that Aspers core service values are demonstrated through the provision of a fun, exciting and exceptional customer experience.
Croupiers will be well presented; be focused on providing a positive service culture; display the expected professional behaviours as well as maintain game efficiency, integrity, and consistency.
Selection Criteria
UK Citizenship or existing right to work in the UK.
Visas cannot be provided for this position.
PFL holder.
Customer Service experienced and focused.
A minimum of 6 months live gaming table experience.
