JOB TITLE: (Position Filled) Client Relationship Manager

SALARY: £50K

LOCATION: UK

 

Do you have a background in table games, and do you want to progress your career to move outside of casino operations?

Are you comfortable dealing with casino management at all levels from single site operators to massive corporate clients?

If so, this might be the job for you.  Our client needs a Client Relationship Manager to manage our customer accounts.  We work with almost every UK casino operator, maintaining a strong connection with each casino company. You’ll need to have project management skills, and a thorough understanding of tables games and the maths behind them.  If you don’t know how to work out theoretical loss now, off the top of your head, this job’s not for you – no bluffers!

It’s not strictly a sales role, but you’ll need to think like a sales person, and be aware of what’s going on in the market, both in terms of competitors, technology, and changes in the UK law.

There will be a fair amount of travel involved, with expenses covered.

Required Knowledge / Skills

  • Must be willing to travel as required

  • Demonstrated ability to interface and build relationships with multiple levels of management

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

  • Positive attitude: ability to listen and ask questions

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proactive and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with task management tools, such as NetSuite

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

  • Must demonstrate a good understanding of casino table games

  • Must be flexible if needed for work outside of normal business hours

  • Ability to obtain gaming licenses in all approved gaming jurisdictions
