Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Operations Management: Oversee daily IT team activities, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to best practices, and optimal system performance and reliability.

  • Business Relationship Management: Act as the primary IT liaison for business units in Cyprus, building strong relationships, understanding business needs, and mediating demands for IT resources.

  • Project Oversight & Reporting: Track and monitor key IT projects, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and company-wide IT governance policies.

  • Strategic IT Leadership: Contribute to IT strategy development, ensuring alignment between local initiatives and the overall corporate IT strategy, and implementing IT best practices while ensuring compliance with corporate security and regulatory requirements.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting professional growth, managing performance, and setting clear goals.

  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure IT security policies and regulatory compliance requirements are met, identifying and mitigating IT-related risks, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place, and collaborating with global IT security teams to ensure local cybersecurity policy compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • A strong academic foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Extensive IT experience: 8+ years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Proven expertise: A strong background in IT operations, project management, and business relationship management. Experience in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry is a plus.

  • Exceptional leadership skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and influence and drive change.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks: Understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and best practices in IT service management.

  • A solid understanding of security and compliance: Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management principles.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper in both public areas and floor cleaning, planning and operation of the Housekeeping Department to ensure that service standards and guests’ expectations are met and exceeded.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the Housekeeping Department is managed efficiently according to the established Hotel standard

  • Manages the day-to-day operation of the department with the ability to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs

  • Assists with the preparation of the annual Rooms Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objective fully concur with the business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees

  • Assists in all rooms inventories

  • Effective and efficient management of public area cleaning programs of assigned areas. These areas include gaming, F&B outlets, perimeter and car parks, toilets, and all back of house staff facilities

  • Coordinates all cleaning activities with relevant departments to achieve desired results with minimum disruption to gaming, Food and Beverage and Hotel operations

  • Coordinate’s training programs for cleaning fostering the career development of all team members

  • Develops and continuously improves the Standard Operating and Emergency Procedures for all cleaning activities

  • Implements and monitors of quality assurance program to ensure consistent cleaning standards are maintained throughout the complex

  • Ensures adequate staffing levels are maintained for each shift rotation to meet the cleaning demands and maintain five-star service standards

  • Ensures all Housekeeping staff adheres to established policies and procedures

  • Manages cleaning activities of all contract cleaners to ensure set standards are achieved

  • Actively participates in health and safety activities to ensure workplace hazards are minimized and the health and safety of all employees is not compromised

  • Ensures all cleaning machinery is maintained as per R & M Schedules

  • Supports other sections within the Housekeeping such as Cloakroom, Wardrobe and Public Areas

  • Works closely with Front Office and engineering department to ensure the property is being kept at all times in pristine condition

  • Upkeeps and communicates maintenance issues to maintenance team monitoring satisfactory completion

Main Objective:

  • 1. Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of Group wide loyalty initiatives, including direct leadership of the land based My Club Rewards Loyalty Programme.

  • 2. Manage the customer lifecycle, improving acquisition and retention of customers, optimising multi-channel marketing flows and campaigns, and creating an attractive loyalty offering that brings value to the customer.

  • 3. You will work alongside Product Owners (Online Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Poker) Country Marketing Managers (Baltics, Croatia, France, Spain) and VIP Marketing leads to develop CRM and promotional marketing campaigns to grow customer value, frequency and recency across all tiers and products.
