Job Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Anti-Money Laundering.

  • Responsible for the supervision, delivery and monitoring of the day-to-day operation of the AML risk – based procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations and disseminating all AML policies procedures and risk assessments.

  • Promote employee awareness of their AML obligations, who the nominated officer and deputy officer are and their role and responsibilities.

  • Give employees clear guidance on spotting suspicious activity and reporting it.

  • Explain clearly the steps the business has taken to make sure employees know for more help or information about Money Laundering Regulations.

  • Approve, review and regularly assess with management business relationships with customers applying where necessary appropriate procedures.

  • Monitor compliance of the AML process.

  • Log and evaluate internal SARs and decide whether to continue or terminate relationship or report suspicious activity retaining and recording all decision-making records and reasoning.

  • Act as the main point of contact with relevant authorities dealing with both formal and informal requests for information (including Police, National Crime Agency and The UK Gambling Commission).

  • Act autonomously if necessary, without reference or influence from management.

  • Undertake regular random analysis of transactions and procedures.

  • Take responsibility for all key event reporting and liaison with The Gambling Commission in relation to compliance with all aspects of The LCCP.

Compliance

  • Assisting with the compliance processes and, or procedures to be implemented in order to ensure full compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Assisting with Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence procedures.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day compliance of the company in all other matters.

  • Compiling all due and enhanced due diligence documentation.

  • Ensure Responsible Gaming is an integral part of daily operations in everything from customer service to marketing and technical enhancements.

  • Take ownership of strategies, procedures and driving different projects relating to Responsible Gaming.

  • Ensure and uphold full compliance with all relevant licensing and regulatory authorities.

  • With Operational Management promote awareness of Responsible Gaming issues throughout the organisation.

  • Proactively, and alongside management, prevent gaming addiction along with offering the very best service and tools to customers in line with the company’s Responsible Gaming Policy and procedures.

  • The Company would also like the successful candidate to be able to display knowledge of basic Security requirements in a gaming arena with particular emphasis on the prevention of crime in line with the Company’s Security Policies and procedures.

Suggested Qualifications

  • Experience within a Compliance, Anti Money Laundering Department with focus on Gaming.

  • Energetic and willing to learn within a growth orientated organisation.

  • Able to take direction and take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned including taking initiative to learn new processes as they arise.

A leading Casino operator is seeking a talented Electronic Gaming Tech / Slot Tech to join their existing tech team to help service, maintain and repair their electronic gaming products and to provide exceptional service to our customers.

The Role

  • Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on all Electronic Gaming equipment.

  • Demonstrates Electronic Gaming product knowledge.

  • Resolve routine malfunctions when a cause has been identified.

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and services either on demand or to agreed schedule.

  • Report all required parts or spares to the Group Electronic Gaming Manager or Lead EG Technician.

  • Assist with machine moves and new equipment installation and escalate any unusual activity.

  • Return all faulty, advance replacement parts promptly and with the appropriate paperwork, stating the fault.

  • Ensure you have sufficient documentation, spars and tools required to complete duties to the required standard.

  • Undertake PAT testing of all portable appliances and fill out the appropriate paperwork.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of machine compliance.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of rules, processes, and gaming equipment functionality.

  • Provide technical support to site staff and maintain clear communications with the operational teams.

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify basic electronic components within an Electronic Gaming machine, to an adequate standard.

  • Compliance - Understands the importance and responsibilities of maintaining personal licence conditions.

  • Accountable for ensuring that audits completed on assigned Gaming table are compliant.

  • Daily demonstrates legislative compliance, adherence to and knowledge of:

Essential Knowledge & Skills
