Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 Euros annually depending on experience plus commission

The Opportunity: VIP Associate

Do you possess a strong network of high-value players and the ability to build lasting relationships? Responsibilities:
VIP Recruitment:
Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactively identify, prospect, and recruit high-value VIP players using your existing network, industry contacts, and other innovative recruitment strategies.
Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong, trusted relationships with potential VIPs, showcasing the unique benefits of the brand.
VIP Management:
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for our VIP players, providing exceptional support and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure our VIP players have the most rewarding and enjoyable experience possible exceeding their expectations at every turn.
Personalised Offerings: Monitor VIP engagement and activity, tailoring bespoke offerings, bonuses, and promotions to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible Gambling Practices: Promote responsible gambling by proactively monitoring player behavior and intervening as necessary to ensure their well-being.
Communication and Feedback: Keep our VIP players informed about new developments, features, and promotions, and actively solicit their feedback to drive product improvements and shape the future of the business.
Other Responsibilities:
Startup Mentality: Be prepared to wear multiple hats and contribute to various areas of the business, including customer support, as needed.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace a dynamic work environment and be willing to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in VIP management, specifically within the crypto casino industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining high-value VIP players.
Extensive network of contacts within the online gaming community.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the crypto casino landscape and player behavior.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Multi-lingual skills and/or deep experience in Asian or European markets are a significant plus.
