Are you an experienced Bingo General Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of an established, profitable club and really make your mark?
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on General Manager to lead a well-established bingo club in Norfolk.
This is a genuine opportunity to take the reins of a successful operation, work closely with the owner and have the freedom to shape the club’s future.
About the club
The club has been a popular destination in the local community since an extension was added to the original cinema building in 1991.
The role
This is a broad General Management position with responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the club.
We’re looking for someone who can bring a strong commercial mindset and focus on:
Marketing and promotions – driving admissions and attracting new customers
Customer service – maintaining the club’s excellent reputation and friendly atmosphere
Commercial performance – identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
HR and people management – an increasingly important part of the role
Food & Beverage – overseeing the club’s hot and cold food offering
Gaming machine operations
Compliance – taking ownership of ensuring the team operates in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and is fully trained and compliant with the LCCP
Leadership – developing, motivating and supporting an experienced team
The successful candidate will ideally have previous Bingo General Manager/Club Manager experience, together with strong knowledge of gaming machine operations and a genuine hands-on attitude.
