Position Overview

The Head of Affiliates will play a key role in the strategic direction and management of our affiliate programs. This position requires a keen understanding of online marketing strategies, affiliate management, and partnership development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving affiliate recruitment, optimizing existing partnerships, and ensuring the overall success of the affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the affiliate program in alignment with company objectives.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to enhance the program’s portfolio.

• Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate affiliate success and areas for improvement.

• Maintain and build relationships with existing affiliates to ensure sustained mutual success.

• Negotiate commission structures and promotional strategies with affiliates.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create attractive affiliate promotions and campaigns.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the affiliate program competitive and effective.

• Set budgets and manage expenditures related to affiliate marketing efforts.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all affiliate activities.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Desired Experience

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing roles.

• Experience in managing affiliate programs, especially in the iGaming sector.

• Strong track record of developing and executing successful affiliate strategies.

• Experience with affiliate marketing networks and platforms.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
