Job Title: (Position Filled) System Installation Engineer
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £27K + Car
The Role
A leading Gaming Company is seeking a talented system installation and support technician.
Responsible for the installation, support and maintenance of our current in-house systems across the whole of the UK.
Working as part of an experienced team, the successful candidate will require an aptitude for problem solving and assist with the installation of any IT systems or equipment.
Support of the main be-spoken back-office systems would be the focus, with a certain amount of involvement in general research and development of any new requirements.
A diverse role that changes potentially every day.
The working hours are approximately 45 hours per week between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Working away from home average 2-3 days per week.
Weekend and out of normal hours work may be required by exception.
The Candidate:
Should be dynamic and enthusiastic.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work alone without close supervision but also follow tasks.
Diligent and thorough with an attention to detail.
Able to provide 1st line telephone support to our Venue’s and Staff.
A “Can Do” attitude.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Experience of IT system installation essential.
Good understanding IT Hardware and Software.
Good understanding of Electronics.
Experience or understanding of Gaming Machines would be an advantage.
