Job Title: Head of Compliance - Land Based Casino
Salary: £70K - £90K
Location: Yorkshire, UK
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Head of Compliance to lead our compliance, risk, and safer gambling function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role ensuring our casino meets all regulatory, legislative and licensing obligations while fostering a strong culture of integrity and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Lead our compliance framework, internal controls and risk management strategy
Maintain strong relationships with regulators and oversee all regulatory submissions
Drive Safer Gambling initiatives and support AML/CTF/Proceeds of Crime oversight
Manage audits, risk assessments, and remedial actions
Provide expert guidance across the business and deliver compliance training
Lead and develop the Compliance team
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in a senior AML/Compliance role
Deep knowledge of the Gambling Act 2005
Strong regulatory, risk management and policy development expertise
Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
High integrity, attention to detail and confidence working independently
Eligibility for a Gambling Commission Personal Management Licence
