Vacancy: Operations Manager
Location: Midlands

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly driven Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of bingo clubs, AGCs and other businesses.
This hands-on leadership role covers all areas of the operation, including compliance, HR and marketing. You'll lead specialist teams and drive performance across the business.
This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 role. Flexibility, commitment and a genuine willingness to get involved are essential. In return, an exceptional salary and benefits package are offered.
Applicants should ideally have at least ten years' management experience, from junior to senior roles within bingo, gaming or hospitaility.

You’ll need:
10+ years’ proven managerial experience
A strong background in Bingo, Gaming or Hospitality
Excellent leadership and people management skills
A hard-working, entrepreneurial approach
Genuine expertise and a passion for delivering results
