About the Role:
As an Assistant Casino Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily running of the casino, ensuring smooth operations, motivating the team, and upholding the highest standards of compliance, service, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the casino team during your shift
Ensure all operations comply with Gambling Commission regulations
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated issues
Monitor performance and uphold internal policies and procedures
Promote a safe, responsible, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a casino environment
Must hold or have previously held a Personal Management Licence (PML)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
The legal right to work in the UK
