About the Role:

As an Assistant Casino Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily running of the casino, ensuring smooth operations, motivating the team, and upholding the highest standards of compliance, service, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the casino team during your shift

  • Ensure all operations comply with Gambling Commission regulations

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated issues

  • Monitor performance and uphold internal policies and procedures

  • Promote a safe, responsible, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a casino environment

  • Must hold or have previously held a Personal Management Licence (PML)

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • The legal right to work in the UK
