Job Description
Handle full set of accounts
Data entry into accounting system, documents financial transactions by entering account information
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports in monthly basis
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Prepare audit reports for year-end reporting
Prepare daily tracking reports of equipment
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
Analyses information by developing spreadsheet reports
Assist Financial Controller with all aspects of the department as needed to complete ad-hoc projects, month-end and year-end reports, and coordinating internal and external audit requests
Performs other duties as assigned
Personal Specifications
The successful candidate will speak, read & type fluently in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being useful but not essential
Gaming/Casino related experience would also be useful but not essential.
You should be Proficient in Excel and be educated to degree level in Maths, Finance, Accounting or a related degree
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Deadline-Oriented
3-5 years of related work experience in accounting field
